Issues regarding higher education and its funding will once again be in the spotlight. Topics currently being discussed include greater flexibility for individual institutions and their president, tuition proposals, and financial aid and excess hours concerns. I will attempt to keep you informed of these and other important issues and events during the next nine weeks.
